ARTIBIS ERP integrates the major core functions of commercial, non-profit, and government organizations. The primary purpose of an ERP is to increase either profit, service quality and efficiency, or accountability, transparency and government service quality through advanced planning and monitoring. The goal of an ERP differs by organization type. Both for-profit and government
organizations would use an ERP for regulatory compliance in areas such as accounting, HR with hire-to-retire tracking and internal transfers, employment tax, etc.
Human Resources (HR), Payroll, Budget and Finance, Grants Management, Assets Management, Time and Attendance, eProcurement Acquisitions, and Project and Portfolio Management are integrated within the same relational database and software system. The HR system also contains a skills matrix feature that is integrated into the Project Management System (PPM). The PPM system
automatically calculates project costs, alerts for cost overrun, and provides an effective way to create project budgets and proposals.
The ARTIBIS ERP system also includes Manufacturing and Service delivery, Marketing Sales, Inventory Management, and shipping and payments.
Reports can be ad-hoc or scheduled and automated with generation and delivery functions.
Supply Chain management is also integrated into the ERP System. Supply Chain and all other systems include web capable data entry interfaces and reports.
