The ARTIBIS Document Management System (DMS) manages versions of documents and makes them available online for export to PDF, MS Word, spreadsheet, or Internet compatible image formats. Paper documents can be imported as a digital scan in addition to a database text record. Each document’s database record, which includes the full searchable text of the document, has a matching image of the original document.
